S-TMS TRAINING COURSES

S-TMS training is available at Soteica’s offices and on the customer site.

The following courses are standard, but training courses can be customized on request to accommodate specific customer needs.

S-TMS PRODUCTION  ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - DATA ENTRY USER COURSE

Objective: The objective of the Data entry course is to provide the users with the knowledge required to enter into S-TMS inventory measurements, movements and flowmeter data using the S-TMS webclient. Information on standard reports generation and basic gross error analysis, will be included. Examples using a demo model and the specific site model will be shown throughout the class.
Audience: This course is an introduction into S-TMS and is intended for those individuals who will be entering inventory measurements, movements and/or flowmeter information into the system.
Prerequisites: No prerequisites are needed for this course.

S-TMS PRODUCTION  ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - USER COURSE

Objective: The objective of the User course is to provide the users with the knowledge required to use  S-TMS webclient, Results Analyzer client, Excel add-in and S-TMS composition tracking, planning tracking and pipeline tracking modules. Information on standard reports generation and gross error and reconciliation analysis will be included. Examples using a demo model and the specific site model will be shown throughout the class.
Audience: This course is intended for those individuals who will be using S-TMS daily to solve the balance of the site, typically the production accountants.
Prerequisites: Data entry training.

S-TMS PRODUCTION  ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - ADMINISTRATION COURSE

Objective: The objective of the Administration course is to provide the users with the knowledge required to configure the S-TMS model or make modifications to the existing configuration as administrators. Examples using the demo model and the specific site model will be shown throughout the class.
Audience: This course is intended for those individuals who will be updating the configuration of the production accounting system
Prerequisites: User course.

S-TMS PRODUCTION  ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - REPORT DESIGNER

Objective: The objective of this course is to provide the users with the knowledge required to customize S-TMS standard reports and to create new reports. Examples using sample reports and standard reports will be shown throughout the class.
Audience: This course is intended for those individuals who will be creating new reports or editing existing ones.
Prerequisites: Administrator course.
